In recent days, Google’s NotebookLM has been stirring up quite a buzz on social media.

NotebookLM is an AI-powered tool designed to help organize and manage notes. It uses large language models (LLMs) to assist users in gathering, structuring, and understanding information from various sources such as documents, websites, or personal notes, which you can upload or write directly into the program.

A key feature is its ability to summarize content and create connections between ideas. With a quick test, it seems to be an excellent tool for students and professionals working with large amounts of information.

Many have already declared the death of podcasts with the arrival of NotebookLM, as the tool can convert any given material into a podcast with the click of a button, and the result is astonishingly good!

As an example, listen to this approximately 10-minute podcast made from my blog post about customer-centered website redesign. The speech sounds impressively lifelike!

At the moment, English is the only language available for NotebookLM’s podcast/audio format, but I’m eagerly awaiting future developments!
