I have a Master's degree in Culture and Arts, with additional studies in communications and business. During my studies, I have focused on internationalization, customer experience, and business development. I am an experienced facilitator, content creator for online communications, communicator, and marketer. My background spans various fields from technical to humanities, enabling me to adapt quickly to diverse professional contexts. 

 

Through development projects related to organizational quality, service design, and concept development, I have learned to approach issues holistically, grasp complex matters, and effectively manage projects.
